80% nutritionally sound nourishment + 20% spiritual filling nourishment. This may include daily drinking of warm lemon water, having some kind of yoga practice, living a holistically sound life as best as you can, a good nights sleep, being creative, eating locally grown real food, amazing new foods and recipes to try, all served up with a nice glass of organic vino with the odd bar of f**king amazing dark chocolate and a huge dollop of self love and laughter!

We all have the power to heal ourselves, so start loving yourself today, starting with what you feed your body with and that isn't always just about the food you eat.
